Creating and Editing User Records

Topic Progress:

Records are created within the Insights Management Console > Top Right menu > Manage this school

Depending on the type of user record, you will be able to locate existing records using the left menu: Teachers, Students, Parents. ADministrators are listed as part of Teachers.

To add new records, use the “+” at the top right of the white area.

To Edit a record, use the right side menu (three dots) and select Edit Details

Here is a description of the various fields:

Role: The type of record: teacher, student, parent

UserID: A unique ID used internally by the Studyo architecture

Import ID: If a user originated in the import of static files, this will be the ID which uniquely represents and must be the same when re-importing.
